I just ordered some 6mg nic. I've been on 12 for pretty much the whole time I've been vaping. But I noticed lately when using my drip setup I get a bit of a sore throat. I've still got plenty of 12mg on hand in case I feel like I want it.

Just curious if most of you dropped your level for something like this, or if you just wanted to?

About a month ago. I'd been at 24mg since I started (a year-and-a-half ago), and I just figured I try dropping down. Went to 15mg and that didn't seem to bother me, so now I'm trying 10mg. I can feel my nic craving more at this level but it's not acute, so I am going to stay at 10mg for a while and see how my body adjusts.

I haven't changed my nic level in 3 years. I started out with 18mg and moved up to 24mg as it became more widely available.

Of course, I'm not vaping as a cessation method. I replaced analogs with vaping and am quite happy with the much healthier hobby. :)

Oh wow so you moved up. Do you drip as well? No issues with sore throat?

I tried 24 when I first started and it was too much for me, I couldn't vape as much as I wanted without getting jittery. Used 18mg for about a month until I got my IGO W and Kayfun, then I switched to 12mg. I had been using 12mg up till about a month ago and now I'm using 6mg. I don't really have plans to go any lower than 6mg, I'm fine with a little nicotine in my life!

I started out at 18mg and dropped to 16mg around the 6 month mark with no problem. Once I got into dripping (aroundand RBA's I had to drop to 6mg or I would get too much nicotine. Now no matter what I'm vaping in I use 6mg and have no problem with getting enough nicotine or throat hit, I use a 50/50 mix and always have pretty much.

I'm still realitively new to vaping, when you say stomach trouble do you mean lower intestines? I think I have experienced that.

Yes I get that and also a queazy feeling sometimes. When that happens I drop my nic level so I can keep vaping like I do. One day I may hit zero..

Using a Kayfun made me drop my level fast the first week or two.
