When do I get to use the signature option?

As the title says, When do I get to use the signature option?

I would like to add one of those banners that shows how many days i haven't smoked a real ciggy and how much money I "could have saved" if I wasn't buying new vape gear and e-liquids all the time.

now that you have your 15 click on someones banner that you would like to have on your post fill it the info for generating the banner and copy and paste it into your signature

Go up top to Settings and click, then the siggy edit is on the left side of the page.

I could have sworn I just hit 15 and the signature option was not there.

edit: Oops... I did have 15 but I had an accidental double post deleted, dropping me back to 14. Now it's 15!

and the site system clock has to cycle before your settings feature is enabled once set. Have to use the correct code too, but there is a preview button to check it out.
