^ i blew it out and got some liquid, wiped down the threads and inside the atty the best i could, dont have any everclear though i do have rubbing alcohol and vodka but not sure if i should use those, should i boil them or something ?
i did puff on it most of the day but the taste did not change :(

Always choose something for human consumption over something not - ie. vodka not rubbing alcohol - best is 151 proof, unflavored, no color added - dries quicker. PGA (pure grain alcohol - which is what some vodkas are) is also used in making ejuice - in utililzing some flavors.

I get that 'floral/perfumey' flavor with some juices - some dekang juices usually but not all dekang juices. Marlboro ejuice is a tobacco base with a sweet vanila and perhaps some coconut - both of those tend to smooth out the tobacco (or any harsh note for that matter). The USA Marlboro isn't quite as sweet, imo, but I still prefer a Hilton, Camel, or 555. The best shot at not getting any extra flavors is using the straight 'Tobacco' flavor ejuice.

If I have an atty that tastes funky, I will clean the polyfill, cart and the atty all at the same time. If you want new polyfill, Wal-Mart carries huge bags of it in the sewing/crafts section for like 2 bucks.

I will rinse both the cart and the atties under hot running tap water and then blow them out to get the water out of them.

Once the atties are dry, I refill my carts with the desired juice, then drip a drop or 2 on the atty and take primer puffs until I get good vapor, then I am ready to go.

Forget that polyfill. PTB (Pyramid tea bags) are the way to go if you're going to use a filler of any type.

Cleaning everything at the same time is a good idea.

I used some chocolate juice a while back on one atty. It was pretty tasty, but when I wanted to go back to marlboro flavor, it tasted like chocolate. Got tired of that... took about 4 days for it to finally go away... every now and then I still get a hint of it. Problem will be solved when I get new atty's in though.
