When getting a new flavor

Is it best to totally clean out a cartridge? how should i clean it out?

I have a Joye 510

Should I take it apart with a paperclip and run the filling and cartridge under hot water and let it dry then fill it with the new liquid?

is that the best way this way there is no residue from the old flavor?

Thats what I do. I also have quite a few blank carts with clean polyester batting (Wal-Mart, $6 a bag) ready to go for a new flavor.

ok thanks...got to tell you i got MB from myvaportstore LOW strength it does not taste so great..

today or tomorrow I should be getting Mocha from myvaporstore Extra Strength i heard so many good things, cannot wait to try it!

Just grab yourself some good o'l fashion Everclear (grain alcohol) and submerge for a few hours, agitate, blow out, wait 5 minutes, its completely dry. Then reprimer your atom by dripping a few drops with 5 minute intervals, you'll be good

Wish i can get everclear...I am in the wonderful nanny state of NY...


while I am at it where can I get purified alcohol is that everclear? that is what I am suppose to use to clean the atomizers right?

I never heard of purified? that is not rubbing alcholol right?

I honestly can't say. I looked into it and found no answer. I know grain is just ethyl alchahol, and hydrogen peroxide is made up from purified water. I live in Pa, so I just drive to jersey. Heres a few links for you.

Everclear is just a brand name of PGA(drinkable).
I just rinse out the old and press firmly in a paper towel with several folds. When you move it to a new spot and press and see no liquid, pop it back in.
