Good to hear. First fill of a cartos is very important and determines the longevity of a carto. They have to be completely saturated otherwise poor vape and worse yet the element may burn out or the filler gets burnt taste which is impossible to remove. When I cleaned cartos ( no longer do) I occasionally used a hat pin to clear out the airway VERY slowly and carefully from the battery end of the carto- even after washing it was amazing the gunk that came out.

I will check that out. I tried one I did last night and still nothing. Poured more liquid into it until it was drenched. Hard to draw. Blew out the excess and wonder of wonders now it's working. Thanks for all your help everyone.

Sitting down, facing forward.
Do you think you could use a salad spinner to dry them faster? Haven't tried it, but it may speed up the wait time of air drying.

I don't think a salad spinner would work. When you spin them they need to be in a "tip end down" position to get the water to empty out. A simple solution is to take the thumb or a finger off a latex or nitrile glove with a pair of scissors, tie a shoelace on the open end, make a little slit to put the carto in and spin away. The glove finger will keep the water from splattering around the room. Don't ovedo the spin though, I spun the polyfill out of a few and if the knot lets loose you have a little missle flying around the room!

I will heat a coffee mug filled with water in the microwave till it boils. Place my cartos in there till it's cool enough to remove them, blow out the water/juice with my mouth. Repeat. Let them sit overnight standing up with the threaded side down, blow them out till nothing comes out. Stand them up again overnight, and they are dry the next day.
