Hello and welcome. DIY is a constant learning experience. Just when you thought you've gotten every flavor you'll need or want there's another recipe that just looks so tasty.
There are some truly knowable people on ECF in regards to DIY …. I’ve relied on their expertise several times. And I am sure I will rely on their expertise in the future. Be sure to check out the Random DIY mixing thread (link below). It is long, which makes it difficult to leaf through, but so much excellent advice to be found in there. And if you can’t find what you are looking for, just post the question.
I used to read the diy threads, but there are to many chefs. I am just a cook. I tried a good number and experimented, but I have 6-8 that have stuck with me.
