At first I had a good laugh and thought this must be an April fools but now I'm shaking my head about how tax money is wasted on nonsense like this.

Campaigns like these can fuel one's imagination of what they might come up with next. Prohibition to stick a pen in your mouth in public because it might remind some 'sensitive minds' of smoking?

It will ultimately result in making smoking look even more "cool" anything that is forbidden becomes desirable to a large percentage of the human population.
