The lower the voltage drops, the more the vape will degrade.

I throw mine on the charger anytime it gets to 3.8 or below.

Letting it go down to 3.3-3.4 does no harm, but I don't like the performance down there.

when you said letting it down to 3.3-3.4 is that with the rda on? or just the mod?
 
The lowest voltage that battery should ever get is 2.5v. If you assume that is under a load (with rda) you'll not have any issues. Most folks will recharge when the performance drops off too much, this is usually around 3.6v without a load.

guess have to charge my battery now. thanks for the info about the lowest voltage it should get.

The voltage of the battery has nothing to do with whether the RDA is on or not. You can take the battery out and check the voltage, same difference.
I think he may have been asking for the sake of voltage drop. I know on my builds (usually about a 0.5 ohm) I can put a fresh battery in and get a reading of about 4 under load, and 4.2 with nothing on there. Just a guess.
