So I've been doing done research about the coils and can't exactly find a straight answer. I got some replacement coils for my tanks but when should I replace them? I do a hot water rise every Wednesday and a denture clean every Saturday, they still look good and I'm still getting good hits. I was just curious when I need to switch them?

When they stop giving you good hits or your juice tastes nasty. I've had a triton for about 2 months and only had to change coils once and it was probably my stupidity that caused it. I rinse then soak my tanks close to daily because I only have two tanks to swap juices with and don't have problems.

the wicks need changing more often than the coil does, but most people cant change the wicks themselves, so they change out the whole assembly.

There is no set time, it depends on the type of juice you are running, some foul up the coils and wicks far faster than others. Other factors are how much juice you are vaping and how often.

I swap coils after 5 refills. I find that performance takes a hit, and the flavors are muted, if I refill a tank more than 5 times without swapping the coil. Some flavors gunk coils up faster (like Voodoo), but they're rare.

Dirty coils then go to the "dirty bin". I can go about a month between washes, as I cycle through about 20 coils. Cleaning day also includes all (7 in all) my tanks (I swap tanks, when I swap flavors).
