I have been reading that thread on the home forum page about california going to resist the right to ship all e-cig equipment or something like that. It brings me me want to ask. I live in Indiana are ecigs still legal here. Can I still buy products from a company and they ship it to me. What if the company accidentally is located in california and I don't know when I buy, do I risk getting in trouble for buying, even if I didn't know there location? This is becoming obsurd. I think I am seriously just going to buy juice and equipment from my local vendor if things are going to be this way. That away, since I live in Indiana and its "legal" here, I can buy stuff from the stores here and know I can get in trouble for anything because they are selling it at different vape shops in town.

:2c: welcome.

Legality is still the norm. Some places are trying to pose restrictions but since there has not been much actual legislation that has passed, there isn't much need to worry. But we must be vigilante. Every day is one step closer to a full blown ban. To keep up with the goings on, check out casaa.org. They will keep you up to date and even inform you if something is happening in your area.

Cali is always one of the first states to try stopping anything Internet sales related. It has little to actually do with anything except California Home Revenue. Buy it here, Sell it here, Keep it here...............and give us all the TAX Revenue!
This game has been played several times in recent history and many States have unsuccessfully attempted to travel the same road.

If it is not Federally Regulated States should not have the right to control sales across state lines, be it Internet sales or Catalog orders.
