You can usually find small bottles at pharmacies if you have troubles getting some locally

You would be better off purchasing your VG from Europe, the postage costs would be a lot lower for you.
The European equivalent to USP is E.P or British B.P both indicate Pharmacopoeia Grade.
You should be able to get this at a Chemist or Pharmacy local to you.
You can also look at some of the European/ UK registered suppliers here on the ECF forum.

Nice link DmdJoe, didnt get to read it all, but theres a lot of good info
Also check Amazon.com, ive bought PG and VG with high purity [99.7 and 99.9] for a good price.
