This is something really easy to google for yourself... Tractor-supply and animal-feed stores, or millions of places on the net...
I've never seen a pharmacy sell it. Most buy it here.

Holy Moses. I can get 3 gallons of soy based VG and a gallon of PG for 39.00 + 23.66 (shipping). That's a pretty dang good deal
Bulk apothecary has gallons of pg and vg for 13 bucks each plus shipping.If you check the feed stores, ensure that the PG is USP grade. Depending on the labeled use, it may be a lower grade which you don't want to use for vaping.
I can get a gallon of USP grade PG for around 20 bucks a gallon at Tractor Supply. As the import costs will be somewhat higher in Malta, I'd be shocked if you found the same type of deal for USP grade PG.

It's used in all kinds of products, including foods and additives for foods even for human consumption, in the US*. It's used mostly to keep foods moist. *usage may vary by your country

I seriously doubt it. Even if a pharmacy carries it, if the pharmacist asks why you want it and you tell him you are making your own e-liquid for your e-cigarette, he will likely refuse to sell it to you.
Do you have cattle used for beef and/or their milk is used for diary products in Malta? If you do...there are most likely places that sell their feed, supplements, and other supplies. They would possibly also carry PG by the gallon, like they do here in the US.
How do you get both PG and VG for $13/gallon at BA? I've only seen it for the regular prices of $13.40 a gallon for VG and $18.52 a gallon for PG. Even with one of their rare 16% or 20% off sales...the PG still was at least $14.82 a gallon.
I don't know any in malta, but you can get PG/VG/nic and flavors in spain and cyprus at pink-mule.com and mixnmatcheliquids.com. Not as cheap as buying it in a non-vapeoriented shop though.. Lubrisolve in UK ships worldwide and has PG and VG of good USP/EP quality, and also started carrying nic and flavors too not that long ago... If your destination isn't available from the shop's dropdown list, then simply shoot them a mail with your location and order and you'll get a quote on an invoice for e.g. paypal or CC payment...
I went back to my order and yes you are correct, I actually ordered 2 VGs and no PG. Sorry, thought I had ordered my PG from there. Wish I lived a little closer to Ohio so I could do a local pickup...
