Any ideas? I would order one from totally-wicked but theyre in Florida and its going to take about a week + to get here via snail mail. Anybody know an online or B&M store located in california (preferably socal) where I can find one? Thanks a lot

My last couple of TW orders were 3 to 4 days from order to my Nevada mail box...
I'm pretty sure no one else sells the 'tornado' but Totally Wicked, that's their brand.
The eGo is the same thing and you can order from cignot. My new one, ordered 5/10, arrived 5/12 and I'm in Ca too.

They're all the same PV with different store monikers. Find one closer to home, and you're in business.
Elixir is in Houston, and carries a nice Excalibur starter kit for 80 bucks, 2 full units, I don't know if they've gotten the drip tips in yet, but those will be packaged with the starter kits too. Along with 12ml of liquid and the standard 5 prefilled carts.
Chances are you won't find an eGo-rnad-alibur at a B&M store unless it's a head shop run by a vaper. The mall kiosk ones tend to be SE run and have the expensive units that people say run like crap.
As far as TW, my shipping was 2 days and I'm in AZ.
