I'm fairly green on all technical knowledge of batteries, but am trying to learn. I know Mah and I know that 18650 & 18350 means the dimentions what I'm really wanting to learn is everything else.
I'm told that there is a difference in cell batteries and ecig batteries. What are they and why? I'm told of something called high amp output. What is this all about. Is there a link that has this kind of information centralized?
