Small 808 Batts are cheap and easily replacable so dont worry about using LR Carto's there will be people that tell you not to do so but as long as you dont over heat the mosfet connection chain vaping them its fine, its best to have 2 going at the same time and switch in between vapes if using an LR on these types of Batts, you also may think about upgrading to a bigger mAh Batt if using LR's as well its just better, you can fine Ego type batts with these connections as well if you look around. When you say cheap thugh you kind of get what you pay for with Cartos, check out some of the newer style cartos out there maybe as well, lke the newer Ego fillerless cartos, Vision Cartos if you want a cleaner nicer vape, if not then stick with what works for you is the best way to stay off of the real cigs,,,, if your ordering in bulk there are some Chinese vendors out there where you can save but shipping is a bit more so you have to buy in bulk.
