Where can I find some PC Board

I'm trying to build a 5V Nicobox but the Radio Shack pc board is a nightmare to connect rows on, in the tutorials the PC board has pre connected channels where can I find such a board.

Try ebay search for strip board, maybe veroboard think it might also be called. Although you will get more then you actually need.

You might check the Nico-Drip 5 Volt thread not sure if my sister has that info on there or not.
