I unsuccessfully quit smoking after vaping for a while. I found the vape produced problems of its own, namely chest pains and nasty flavours. I just want to get off nicotine entirely now, and Ive found renewed use for the vape as a cessation device. So I just want a 24mg nicotine liquid that I can turn to when I'm really craving a smoke. I don't want any flavour or colour, because that seems to gunk up the atomizers very quickly. I'm not sure whether I need VG or PG, the liquids I was using was a mix, so I'm not sure which caused the chest pains. I can describe the pain as a sharp pain upon inhaling the vapour occasionally. I don't get this pain upon inhaling smoke, 10/10 times, so it was definitely the vapour.

Thanks for reading, and for any help! :2cool:

Hi Phantom, You said you found a renewed use for the vape as a cessation device. Does that mean you also vape 0mg nic as well? If so do you notice the irritation with the nicless jucie? It would be good to rule out exactly what is causing the problem. Try vaping strait PG then VG on it's own. If you don't notice a problem then you know it might be the nic. You can pick up PG and VG locally from a pharmacy or health food store. I'd recommend the NOW brad VG, I like it better than the Shoppers Life brad.

I personally cant vape 100% VG all day, I get a tightness in my chest. However 25% VG in my juice is the perfect vape for me.

Good luck!
