Where can I get a AAA protection circuit at?

I'm assuming someone on this planet sells them so I don't have to tear apart a AAA lithium battery and really not even know what the protection limits of it are. I'm hoping it'll have a diameter of 9.5mm or less.

I thought I saw round protection circuits somewhere..can't find them and I don't even know if they were the right size.

I found one that is perfect after extensive searching.

a 3.5 amp protection circuit board hooked to a AAA Li-ion cell is not going to do much other than over charge protect and over discharge protect. 3.5 amp working current 6 amp cutoff might be a tad high for the AAA, 10440 cell.
Their spec also says R =8.6mm, is that Radius?
Deal extreme has a few different sizes of Li-ion protection circuit boards.

its not for a standard AAA battery. The protection limits are actually about perfect for the cell i plan on using. Thanks for the deal extreme idea. I hadn't thought to check there. You might be right. crap that is probably radius.

Toward the bottom of the specs it does say it is radius. So it would be 17.3 MM diameter.

Back to searching I guess. I need a board with about those specs under 9mm round. I can accommodate some length if I had to. I knew it was too good to be true. I mean who really makes a AAA round board with those spec? I might be able to dig up a board under 9mm wide but hopefully as short as possible.
