Where can i get a Lava tube US vendor...

i know VOLCANO ECIGS carry it but i was wondering if another site carried it want to know to compare prices and kits(even though i have everything including batteries) please let me know if you are aware of any US vendors(unless the site has it redonkulously cheaper and it makes up for shipping )

I read that Volcano had the rights to be the only U.S. vendor. Sucks because I want a Lavatube really bad and there is a problem with the batteries - so no kits are being sold right now.
