In the USA they will ONLY be sold by Volcano and they don't go on general offer for another week or so (IIRC).
Canuck suppliers have them now, though...

They did get them yesterday afternoon and now can be ordered at Volcano's website in Black only the red and silver mentioned to me will be in at end of the week.

I just cant bring myself to order anything but a kit - I am new to this whole vv thing. Otherwise I would have bought one of the units last week!
