Where can I get a penelope RBA?

Where can I get a penelope rba, and a semi-clear tank so I can see the fluid levels. Anyone know the ml the tank holds?

i think its around 3 ml and the only place to get one now would be the classifieds as production has stopped.
and kir fanis makes clear tanks for them with distributors world wide.
