I have a friend that only wants to use this cart (in 16mg USA Mix). Analog Alternative has been out of stock on these for a good amount of time and I'm trying to find another supplier. Anybody know where I can get these? Thanks!

Not exactly sure what you mean by "in 16 mg USA mix"...but I purchase my cartos from Health Cabin, in China.
While it takes a while to arrive to the states, they are reasonably priced and work great. I just yesterday received five boxes of these cartos, which I had ordered back on Aug. 25th. I paid about $18 for twenty cartos.
They also have great RY4!
You can get the cartos in stainless steel, if you use 'em in tanks, or in different colors, and also different sizes.
