I have the Joye510 and the battery life is horrible... as we know. I am going to get a Mega Batt for when i want to be discrete. But i know that the DSE 905 batt would last much longer and it is not so expensive in comparison to other larger batteries. Could anyone tell me where i can get just the battery housing for the dse 905 or another large battery for cheap? Thanks >.<

I've run across a few places that sell the DSE905 body. Price around 30. But you can find the starter kit for 55. The difference is a charger and 2 batteries, a DSE901 atomizer and 5 cartridge. If you get just the body you'll need to get a charger and batteries and atomizer and cartridges anyway which would run close to at least 20 anyway.

...30? jeez. I was planning to just get the Housing and Battery (about $10+- a bit) and then the 905 to 510 adapter so i can use the atomizers and carts i already have... hm.. ok.

I checked madvapes and they only have a start kit. It is priced at $40 which technically isn't toooo bad... but i'm on a poor college student's budget haha

Thanks for the replies and if anyone else knows of a place that just sells the 905 housing or a 905 kit for cheap, then it would be good for me to know >.<

Have you looked at the Ego batteries. They are 510 batteries on steroids and last quite a bit longer than regular 510 batteries. You will need an adapter to use the battery charger that comes with the 510 you already have.

Another option is to get a passthrough to eliminate the need for a battery when you are at the computer, since it runs on a USB plug.

I'm not sure if you understand that the DSE 905 is a big battery mod that looks like the Screwdriver and comes with a DSE 901 atty connecter. It won't work with 510 attys. If you want to go that rout I would suggest you look into a real Screwdriver. You might be able to get a 510 version and I'm sure the Screwdriver is made better than the 905. I own a 905. They're kinda cheap.

Word of warning. The Madvapes starter is without battery and charger. That's because Madvapes pretty much specializes in mods and often people will already have the battery and charger they need from having made a different mod. You can buy them from Madvapes if you need though. (You'll end up close to the $55 of the kit I linked to, which is why I did that link, just 1 thing to get.)
