Where can I get the Monkey Box?

I am trying to find the Monkey Box e-cig for my Fiance for his birthday coming up soon, where can I find it.

Someone told me they were being sold on here, but i can't seem to find it, if anyone could point me in the right direction I would really appreciative of it.
