Where can I get unflavored (organic?) vg?

I'm trying to find unflavored VG for my wife. She likes menthol so I buy her mrs T's menthol drops, but it's too strong by itself. She has recently started to like mixing a little cinnamon flavor with her menthol, but I need a base liquid to mix her stuff in. I tried using some madvapes minthol, but it was kinda harsh.

I'm not too concerned with nic, but I am looking for liquid that is organic if possible, but mainly as clear and pure as possible.

Any suggestions?

Btw I'm stationed in Korea so id have to be able to order to APO.
