I don't want to ask your age or be insulting if you're young- but my mother vapes everywhere. I have to keep reminding her to put down the pv but she's always whipping it out and vaping. I always get the "oh, I forgot". She even uses it as a little pointer. Maybe because she's older? No one has ever said a word to her.

If they don't they're smart. She's feisty. But she knows how to play the sweet elderly lady card. I keep my sunglasses on so they don't see the eye roll.

I live in NYC and I pretty much vape outside wherever I want to. I walk my dog in Central Park and I vape away without any hassle, ditto for Riverside Park, dog parks etc. I've encountered no issue. The only indoors places I vape at are my work and my institute. So far as stores and restaurants are concerned, I just wait till I get outside. Its crossed my mind that the cops might think I am getting high, especially when my carto goes snap, crackle and pop. But I figure I have good karma so the thought doesn't stop me from vaping.
