I'm very new to this whole thing only about 25 days now. I'm thinking I need to buy some VG carts or juice somewhere. When I smoke the smoking everywhere carts which I just found out are VG I can smoke those things all day with no problems but I just got a kissbox from Janty and a bunch of carts and juice and I'm finding if I smoke those like the SE carts that my left side starts to get cold/numb. I also find that my heart starts racing too. I know this isn't going to be good for me to continue. So 2 questions has anyone experienced that kind of drastic difference? And 2 does anyone know where I can pick up VG carts or liquid?

Same boat. I did order, today, some VG e-liquid from Johnson's Creek, which gives you the option of VG juice or the standard stuff.

And no, I have not experienced any side-effects from the standard juice. Yet, I decided to try the VG.

You can get all the VG you want from your corner CVS Pharmacy. don't ask the pharmacist, they get baffled. Go to the Cosmetic section where the skin care products are. I always find mine on the bottom shelf. They have 6oz bottles that say Pure Glycerin USP - Skin Protectant. It MUST say USP or don't use it. About 6 bucks a bottle for the CVS Brand.

I'm a little lost. Ok so I can get VG at the CVS. But I'm guessing that doesn't have any nicotine. So what do I do from there? I'm wondering if the liquid that you buy from the different suppliers (juice) is just pure nicotine and you need to mix it with the VG? Also I thought and again I'm new to this but doesn't the liquid you buy already come with either VG or PG in it? Sorry for all of the noob questions but if you know what your talking about I could use some guidance. Thanks for any more help you can give me!

First - Update your profile so we know where you are. You may find people near you that can help first hand.
If your getting numbness & heart racing, you should have it checked out. Or you may be overdosing on the nicotine.

Step 1 is to get the juice. The juice comes in high, medium, low, and 0 nicotine. I get the high nic, since it's the same price. I like the vanilla flavor.
I take a 30ml bottle of high nic and cut it 50 / 50 with Glycerin. That gives me twice the amount of lower (around medium) nic. The glycerin is just used for cutting, and it gives you gobs of vapor. The Glycern will also make your juice quite thick, and it adds a sweeter taste. I add a bit of vanilla extract to thin the mixture. (You don't have to.) If you add any flavoring, just make sure it's not oil based or have any oil in it. Oil clogs the atomizer, and won't vaporize.

If you find you're having a nicotine peoblem, get the medium or low nick, and cut it in half with the VG. We all have to find our own level.

So most of the liquid you buy isn't precut with anything then? Is it bad to use it strait out of the bottle because that's how I've been doing it for about a week now?

To my understanding, the liquid you buy has a PG base unless stated otherwise.

You can vape straight from the bottle but most people would rather to have more control with what they're vaping...DIY.

Get some 36mg unflavored liquid, PG or Vg or both and some flavorings. Use this calculator to make your flavored juices at a nic level that works for you. Make small batches to test first. There's alot of information in the DIY section. Hope this helps.

BTW, I got my VG from a health food store. NOW brand 100% USP@$8.99/16oz.
