All my recipes which includes the nicotine are a proprietary blend. And Yes they are Very Well Guarded Secrets! Just like Kentucky Fried Chicken, Coke, Pepsi, Snickers and all of the other popular companies in ANY industry! Only difference is that I can't afford police to guard the vault yet...but I do have a very mean lookin Sheltie to will bite your ankles if you try! LOL

What I can tell you is:
That I use a USA nic supplier that is a paid Supplier here on ECF. I have been with this company since I opened my doors.... starting my 3rd year now! And to answer the question on everyone's mind NO I DO NOT USE Box Elder!!

Thanks so much
Smooches to Y'all

I can accept that answer for my current use of your juice, thanks. I understand trade secrets, most of my wealth comes form this very thing. However, if there is a critical problem with, say, steel from a certain vendor. My company will immediately reveal its source of steel to our customers. This actually happened. So I think in this case, the answer provided gives qualified acceptance.

Its not a trade secret to say which vendor supplies your nic. It would be a trade secret to reveal their process or your process in flavoring this nic. So while confirming you do not use Box Elder allows me to continue to use the juice I have from you with marginal confidence (at best), I am not sure if I can continue to be a customer or ever recommend your juices to others till I know who you get your nic from and how they are testing the quality of their nic or, as an alternative, you could say how you test your juices and your own quality control process. That would not be anywhere near a trade secret and, indeed, should now slowly become an industry standard in vaping.

This is my opinion, and you need to make a business decision that is best for your company. I may be in the minority who is concerned enough about this to effect a buying decision, I don't know. Thanks!

Vocr, to be honest, we cannot guarantee anything at all that you personally receive. You are in the Philippines, and that is a country to which we do not ship. I have seen in other posts of yours that you purposely test vendors to see who ships to your country, and then you promote ways to circumvent the system in case they don't. If you are having a middle man ship to you, our product is passing through someone we do not know, and anything could be happening to it in transit. Therefore, we take no responsibility for our juices that you receive. Because of your location, you are not eligible to purchase based on our criteria. I am also aware, again from your own posts, that you have tried to replicate our flavors - Snickerdoodle in particular. I understand that you like to dabble in DIY. This is a problem we face quite a bit, and a reason why many people may phrase questions behind a guise of "marginal confidence" in order to find out some of the secrets that make Ms T's juices so distinctive. We are well aware that you and others would love to get our recipe for Snickerdoodle, you would love to know where we get every one of our ingredients, and you would love to know where we get our high quality nic. This is where trade secrets come in, and I'm not quite sure you understand how this industry operates. It is not at all like the steel industry, and even here in America, recipes cannot be patented. There are people that utilize the lack of regulation in this industry to legally copy and sell someone else's ideas, then call them their own. People try to reverse engineer or replicate our Snickerdoodle all the time, and no one has gotten it right yet. We actually get lots of people fishing for info on how they can come close to making it themselves, and DIYers VERY often turn into brand new, inexperienced vendors, as evidenced by the recent boom of juice vendors around the world. We have also seen several vendors who have copied our flavors because they know how popular they are.

All that being said, your points about testing and such are valid and we were already beginning to address them when you first posted this thread. In order to protect our customers who validly receive our products, Ms T has been in the process of making some changes to help ensure safety. Everyone knows that Ms T creates every bottle, IN the bottle, from start to finish, so one person alone monitors the quality of each and every item. This is why her juices are so consistent. Instead of just keeping nic batches on record internally, she has already begun to provide a lot number on each and every bottle of juice that contains nic. With the same test kit everyone else is using she has already tested all of her stock nic, which is the same stuff she always gets from our vendor, and it checks out accurately. She creates juice for herself from every batch of nic that comes in before using it to fill orders. Being an avid vaper at a specific nic level, Ms T would know immediately if the nic level turned out to be too high or too low, even before using a test kit on it. Also, as stated, we do not get our nic from the company that caused this entire fiasco and we had never even heard of them until this began. But since the entire industry is now being questioned for the mistakes of one irresponsible company, we have responded with our own solutions. We have always responded to other industry issues as they arose. For example, when the diacetyl scare came up, we eliminated all flavorings that contained it. Some people are concerned about oils in flavorings now, and we have made sure that none of our flavorings contain them, with the exception of Eucalyptus, which is stated in its product description. We do listen, and we do respond.

Ms T is posting on another thread tonight as well, which she has been wanting to do anyway. Volume has been very high, and she has been trying to get orders out. Tonight, she is taking time out of doing orders to write up her own post. Sorry to those whose orders are delayed another day because of this. We understand people's concern about nicotine because we all know that it can be dangerous if not applied properly. Being a veteran in this business, and one of the pioneer juice vendors (particularly since she was the first gourmet bakery flavor vendor), AND not to mention the fact that she has sold hundreds of thousands of bottles of juice, Ms T has the experience necessary to create safe, high quality e-juice.

Brandon, nowhere was I asking you to certify the juice that is in my hands but to add some simple transparency to the safety of your product! I posted this elsewhere but it is not about knowing who is the supplier, but about being able to check and research that supplier's safety practices.

Regardless, your baseless attack on one of your (former) customers (did you really accuse a forwarding company of tampering with your juices?! They are a much bigger corporation than yours, are US based and can sue you for slander, you need to be aware), who is raising what you acknowledge as valid criticism smacks of one doth protest too much.

Umm pretty sure it isn't slander... I didn't see any specific company named. Maybe you could name that company and if there is suspicion of tampering Ms. T'S Could address that issue.

You are asking for transparency... But really you are demanding their supplier of a key ingredient to their recipe. That information does not need to be shared for any reason you have given.

As long as the company has a policy and control procedure set in place they are covered and should not need to disclose such information.

I believe we have shown that we can respond to issues and provide enough transparency without giving our trade secrets away to DIYers. I don't remember saying anything slanderous about anyone, and I especially don't remember mentioning a forwarding company. Now your counterattack seems to be to put words into my mouth. If someone wants to sue me based on my last post, bring them on. At least here in the US, we have the right to face our accusers, and seeing as how I never named anyone or any company, well, there really is no accuser then.

Speaking of protesting too much, it would seem this is less true of me than it is of you, a former(?) customer to whom we have never shipped juice. To me, this is starting to smack of trolling. With or without your input, these changes would have been made. Thank you for your concern, but we have everything under control for the benefit of our current customers.

If you went to the company I work for as a non-customer, we'd tell you our supplier information is proprietary information and that would be the end of the conversation. If you became a customer, you might be told who the suppliers were for your specific items (depending on what the items were), but not until you'd signed a non-disclosure agreement that would include prison as a penalty of telling anyone else the information you'd found out. And there are some vendors and items we don't tell anyone, under any circumstances. This isn't unusual in a highly competitive market.

I have to agree. Seems as if someone is attempting to take advantage of the current situation for their own gain.

I've never ordered from Ms T's. For as much juice as I've tried from numerous other vendors, don't ask me how I made that oversight. But in light of you losing this troll/customer who never was, I'll make it a point to place an order with Ms T's next time I order juice. And don't worry, I won't be asking for recipes. :D

Wow I just noticed that MsT was up at early o'clock in the morning on THANKSGIVING, completing orders and posting important information. I say if this businesswoman(and Tempus Fugit) care enough to take time out her holiday to take care of customers, then I hardly think she has to capacity to endanger the business or customers by being deceptive.

I am only a person with on 12 days in on vaping and MsT is the second vendor I've dealt with AND my first order with her has yet to reach me(just placed it this morning). My opinion is based on the scores of people I've spoken to about MsT and simple common sense.
Plus I've heard nothing but rave reviews of the product and Customer service!
just my two cents.

Anyway MsT I'm eagerly awaiting my first taste of snickerdoodle :)

You know, sounds to me like a load of hot air coming out of the Philippines! Someone lifted a rock... and look what crawled out?!

I SO know we are not to sledge and the temptation is OVERWHELMING at this point to be entirely derisive of someone that has NO CLUES! In order for there to be Slander, it needs to be SPOKEN! In this case, the clever little knowitall, must have meant Liable, which is written defamation. Again however, for this to be the case, parties need to be named and damage proven. NOWHERE has a party been named, therefore, there is NO defamation of any nature. Seriously, go and try to cause trouble elsewhere and please, try and make sure that you actually have the facts straight before making idiotic statements!

For those with an interest, I actually have a FABULOUS remedy for idiots ... a method of deletion that is guaranteed to work EVERY time you have the need to use it ...

Step 1. Have the name of said idiot firmly in mind.
Step 2. Create a new folder on your desk top titled "Idiot".
Step 3. Move pointer over "Idiot" (folder)
Step 4. Right click mouse and select Delete.
Step 5. You will be asked if you want to permanently delete "Idiot".
Step 6. Smiley smugly to yourself and firmly depress the left mouse button over Ok.
... Idiot permanently deleted :D

I strongly recommend trying the above, there is an OVERWHELMING sense of satisfaction ;)
