Where is Lorann?

I ordered some stuff in several online shops and it was shipped the same day..
but already 2 days past since I ordered flavorings from www lorannoils com ("We make every effort to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt ") and they didn't ship the parcel yet & don't reply my emails.

Somebody had similar problem?

I ordered over a week ago and haven't heard a word. They took my money though.

I order some stuff and got it in 4 days or so (Friday 16th). You'll have to contact them, they're a pretty big company.

Did they notify you by email that they ship your order?

When I ordered from Lorann's they debited the money from my bank account within 48 hours and shipped about the same time. It took 8 days shipping from Lansing, Michigan to Central Florida. By far one of the longest order-shipping processes I've encountered so far. I received an email the day after they shipped with tracking info.

But I should add sometimes companies ship stuff out and you don't receive an email despite their best intentions, they seem to have a good reputation around here and they were the first company I tried as far as flavoring. But despite all intentions, sometimes companies mess up.

I would definitely try emailing them every day until someone answers if you haven't received a shipping email or or any kind of response.

International Orders
A phone call is required to place international orders as our website cannot calculate international shipping charges. All international destinations require additional shipping and insurance charges. Please call ahead for a shipping quote. International tariffs or duties are always the responsibility of the purchaser.

So if your located in Russia I would definitely call them to see what's going on.

Maybe after people started doing DIY flavors and some vendors are buying too, now they have a hard time keeping up?

I made an order using US address So telephone call was not required.
And I can't call. Because my English speach is bad.

ah, I see. I was wondering if you had called at all, assuming you were in Russia, I'm sure that would be an expensive phone call! Hopefully, they're just busy. But they should still be answering your emails.

I contacted them using different email address and they answered that order was shipped on 14.04.2010
