I had a personalized name where it now says ECF GURU. I can't find where to change it back. Did we lose this option in one of the updates and if so...why?

No, I stopped my membership a couple years ago. I just recently lost my name.
Custom titles are a perk of having a Supporting Membership. Don't know why it would have lasted this long, but your profile is showing the proper information now.
Hmmm....guess I got lucky for a very long time. Maybe I should buy a lottery ticket.
