where is the cheapest flavors for diy

I get my flavor concentrates from smokeforpennys.com. It has the flavors and sweetener pre mixed. I use their wintergreen. It rocks.

like you said TFA and i also use https://www.lorannoils.com/

and sometimes for smaller quantities you can go to wizard labs, they actually sell small amounts of TFA and LO mixes cheaper.(because they buy in bulk)

Halo has Fusion which is an unflavored juice I know some people use as a base.

To start out...Wizard Labs.....small but not too small, 8 ml in glass (very important) in my opinion, TFA and Lorann flavors. buy small until you figure out what you like and will use. This is from someone who spent a fortune on 20 & 30 ml bottles of stuff I thought I would like but sadly will probably never use.

Wizard labs has pretty good prices on nic. I agree, if you don't know, haven't tryed, don't buy large bottle yet.

When you do find what you want in TFA and want 120ml, then DIY E-Cig Supplies & E-Cigarette Liquid | Make Your Own E-Liquid | RTS Vapes is the best price ive found.
I bought 2 bottles [120mls] directly from TFA in CA., RTSVAPES was out of stock, and paid $13 each, plus $11.40 to ship those two bottles.

I agree. WizLabs is a great place to jump head first in DIY. The fact that they sell smaller (thus cheaper) amounts of liquids allows you to experiment with flavors much more cost effectively.

Once you find the flavors you really enjoy, then you can buy bulk straight from the source. But I will say, there are a lot of people who buy flavors from multiple vendors. You'll find one company might make a flavor better suited to your taste than another and vice versa.
