Where is the cheapest place to get a new 510 e-cig?

$27 for a kit with cartos included auto or manual at ego 100
I start new vaping friends with that kit and some juice and they're set. If you find something better please let me know. I'm always on the hunt for a great noob kit that delivers. These perform very well. For noobs that don't want to deal with juice yet I get his pre-filled cartos. They're not super-tasty. USA mix type tobacco and Desert Ship. I like the blank cartos much better but some want to just screw on a carto and vape. Good luck.
