The burnt metal might have been the primer fluid. You could fill the cart up with the same flavor, put the pieces back together again and see if that works. Even if you are using carts, you should always drop a couple of drops on the atomizer.
Dripping is awesome and after a year and a half that is still the best for flavor I believe
I totally agree. Its so dissapointing when I find a juice that does not drip worth a flip and I have to resort to a carto.
I just got my first carto tank at vapercon and let me just say that I love it. Fill it and forget it.
I am seriously thinking about switching to a tank. This whole dripping/cart/cartomizer thing is just way to much work for me!
Once you get used to all the little stuff you get into a rhythm about these things. I am a frequent dripper and at first it was frustrating, figuring out and trying atomizers, cleaning the mess... But now I get up in the morning, grab an attie and without thinking I have drop in it and I am vaping away. Any cartois I use, I fill the night before and let it sit a bit. Now I am ready for anything. Just like smoking, it is all about getting into a ritualistic pattern.

Yep! I tried the eGo tanks...tossed 'em out. Weak vapor production, weak taste, too fiddly. Some love 'em though. Do what works for ya'!
