We do not have to go it alone. This is also our choice. Just want you to know in this crazy mixed up world there is someone who cares. This does not mean we can put everything on someone else to shoulder our responsibilities.The support systems are out there already in place. We can be strong together. We just have to find enough of whatever it is inside ourselves to take the necessary steps.
It goes A,B,C not A,B,Z, sometimes it's A,B,A,B before moving on to C.
If this is mind boggling do not panic or do anything drastic.
