where to buy DSE905 battery compartment

I have been using the DSE905 for 3 yrs. now, and am reluctant to switch to a different model. I have atty's, batteries, charger, etc., and hate to start over. However, I am having trouble finding the battery compartment as a stand alone. I'd appreciate any help, and would also prefer USA or Canadian company. THANKS!!!!!
