I noticed the same, seems only can buy the nicotine liquid in ETA area. I think it is the safety issues. Some of my friend also suggest me some chinese webshop called madeinchina. But still the problem is that could not get the orders into Finland. That is why I am trying to find the places, which I can buy in Finland!
