where to buy ( for 510 )

There are lots of good places. Two places that sell them that I have personally dealt with are ElectroNicStix and MyFreedomSmokes. Both were great to deal with and super-fast shipping.
CigNot and LiteCigUSA and NHaler also have a great reputation.

Not that all the other vendors I use are bad... there are some very good ones.
I buy most of my hardware from Cignot ( Cignot your Midwest Electronic Cigarette store. ).
Two reasons:
They are only 300 miles away and ship fast.
Their staff is helpful and really nice.
There are many other vendors I do business with that are wonderful. I go to them for quite a bit as well.
However, this doesn't reflect badly on the other vendors at all. In fact- I haven't run into a bad vendor (yet).

I have not bought from them but I have 2 Joye attys that I have had for 2 months and still going strong.
yeah my 2 attys are going strong as well, but with sept 1st around the corner and the ban they are trying i wanna go ahead and stock up on attys and batteries. if nothing happens?? oh well i will have a stock for later =D

lol , i just ordered 30ml 24mg blueberry, 30ml 24 mg grape, 2 of blue foam, 2 packs of carts, 1 case, and a car charger from them. i ordered on the 14th and it will be here today according to the tracking number, ill pick it up in houston if i have to, 15 min away.
