Hi I'm new to this stuff. I am a tattoo artist and recently traded a tattoo for a green smoke kit. I was pleased except for battery life and flavor. So after a bit of research I've decided to buy a joye ego kit.
But I'd like to find a local supplier if possible. Anyone have any idea? Tampa , Clearwater , st Pete?
I'm also considering nodding this green smoke batter with a flashlight style mod. Idk.any advice is appreciated.
Oh and by the way I haven't had an analog since I got this and I'm stoked about that!!

For dealers there's:

Totally Wicked-Bradenton
and
Big Top Flea market (I-75, Fowler exit)

Gator Vapor is at the Big Top in the central section. He has really great prices on his refill liquids (dekang) and a large selection of flavors. He also carries 510 kits, parts, batteries, carts etc. He has eGo batts, 901 stuff, PCCs, car chargers, passthroughs, USB chargers (the micro 510 USB charger is really slick) and some e-pipe and e-cigar stuff.

The folks there have great customer service.

If you take i-4 to i-75 N, you take the first exit (fowler) and turn right at the end of the off ramp. Big Top is on the left.

As to the TW Tornado, its a good 510 based unit. I wouldn't bother trying to change out the internal battery. Getting to it alone is a destructive process. The screwdriver is a 901 based unit and is also good. It is considerably bulkier than an ego/tornado though. The screwdriver is sort of an early evolutionary step towards the ego. I had one a while back and it was nice. it got sidelined for the ego when it came out. Eventually something else will take it's place since e-cigs are evolving at an incredible rate.

I am from Tampa, and there is no place locally to get 3.7v Li-Ion batteries.

The standard ones, the 14500, 10440, and so forth are not available from radioshack, OR batteries plus.

Joe, the GatorVapor guy at Big Top has some pretty good stuff, and close to online prices. They have a supplier account here on the forum, but I forget the name.

Also, go to the florida vapers sub forum (in the clubs section) and there are MANY people local to you that would be willing to help you out.

When you have enough posts be sure to PM me. I have some extra stuff you may be interested in.

Ok thanks for the advice. I swung over to wicked. And that's a really nice place and a nice guy. I picked up a tornado, a case that charges it which is cool and a few flavors. So far I'm quite impressed this thing blew my green smoke out of the water. Totally worth it. I just wish I had bought larger cartridges. Cause this thing needs refilled to often

They all need refilling often, unless you go with cartomizers. I have used tornado batteries, but the MEGA cartomizers are the suck. I didn't like the leaky MEGA atomizers either. The ability to hold a lot of juice is only a feature if it doesn't all leak out.

Have you looked at the big battery mods? SuperTManufacturing has some great pv's. Expensive, but worth every penny. All mechanical, no wires and a lifetime warranty, on the all ss versions.
I have the precise 10440. Short battery life. Saving the money and trying to decide on the P16 or P18 as my next purchase from David.
