Watch youtube pbusardo vids. He is using them. And nowadays online articles like these can be written by anyone. There is no legitimate backup to these articles. The shops would not be selling them and would not be listed among the best to use if they are dangerous.

Read all about it here and note the very last paragraph on the bottom of the page.

I'm not disagreeing the use of Sony batteries, In fact, They were outstanding. However, my point was that Sony had stop any VTC's production more than a year. Do you think to buy them now would be wise and believing its from Sony? Even so they are 'authentic' they will be more then a year old and battery shelf-lives is at max 9 months before it degrades. So how safe is safe now since in the market, re-wraps is a common thing now. I know you're trying to help but help guide them safely rather than just throwing out an old and no longer in-production option.

My article were posted by reputable batteries/cells vendors whom has been in this business for years, which they deal directly with manufacturers and Sells to the consumers, to the likes of you and me. So please stop assuming and be a douche about it.

And yours, Is an article base on performance but not base on its availability. And have you check the last update of that?

One more thing, Sony batteries by Sony weren't made to sell publicly,That was why we will never find an official PUBLIC announcement. Instead, Only to companies and vendors they have deal businesses with.

Mr Pbursado does tests and reviews but not selling batteries. Period.

Oh, in that case you are right then. Good for you guiding the newbies. I am so sorry for misleading people here. Please do let us know which batteries we should be using. I too, am a newbie. Or a douche. Or both. =)
