It's an app on smartphones that people use to sell things. Mostly used stuff. But there are ppl with new items. I bought my Nitecore I2 charger from such seller. It was brand new. He also carries some batteries. But he's not a vaper. He sells torchlight things. PM me for his username on carousel.
