Where to buy silver tube with top cap?

I have my Evic already ordered, the vendor i ordered tell me they no longer will sell the original testured satin silver finish, so i ordered the chrome version also a black spare tube with top cap, i did also whant the original satin-silver but everywere i look they only have the tube alone with no top cap, just the chrome,black,white version are complete tube and top cap.

Se were can i buy the complete set for satin silver, tube, buttom & top cap?

I think that is why he puts the "" on the "stainles", its aluminum coated with that silverish rugged look..

I am starting to think the Chinese translation of stainless steel is more of a color not material
