my favorite place has been lighthound.com for a long time. Great prices and excellent service. They stock the AW IMR 18650 High Drain battery and they are exceptional. If your mod is sized to use a regular protected li-ion 18650 you may have to stretch the sprint a bit since they are shorter but worth the difference. They also have good prices on regular li-ion 18650 as well as others.

I forgot about lighthound.com. They're good too, their shipping is a little less then battery junction, but batt junction's prices are slightly cheaper. Almost washes out, either one would be a good bet.
