There are quite a few chargers that'll accept a large range of battery sizes. My old Trustfire TR-001 took 18350, 18650, and 14500's all without a problem. It wasn't the greatest charger, though it lasted a couple of years. They can be purchased at many online and B & M retailers.

I purchased an Xtar WP 2 charger to replace the Trustfire. It too will take pretty much all the same sizes listed. With smaller sizes you'll need to buy and use some extra spacers though as the spring loaded contacts don't have enough range to close on short batteries.

Those are just a couple of examples and I'm sure there's lots more out there. If you read the charger descriptions on the various retailers websites, the compatible battery sizes should be listed.
