I had a similar question. Took a look at their profile and i got the answer.

'It is legal to buy as the ingredients we use are bought from local stores and they do not contain any amount of nicotine'

Which makes sense why i would be legal since the ingredients are from local soil

E-cig's are BANNED in Singapore. Importing/exporting, $10,000 fines. Anyone caught using one is also fined and their devise is confiscated. No vaping devises are sold openly (black market only).

Most vendors (from other countries) will not ship vaping products to SG because of SG laws.
