Finally was guided to ECF by another forumer but some how from what i read so far, seems that that particular forum is not very "welcome" in a way.

Any seniors can assist to verify some details with me in terms or ordering online? I got instructions through that chap and has since ordered but judging from the posts here that i saw, kinda freak me out now.

I have to agree on the loss of tax income issue being the reason for the ban. i was in Singapore a few weeks ago and had many enquiries about the PV that I was using and all that I could do was to them to go to the forums and ask people there. Even the taxi driver asked if he could buy mine.....

Thanks Painfreak....yea been reading up for the past weeks before signing up. Went to view some links too, din know a PV kit here cost at least 150 bucks kinda ex. Am thinking of trying my luck to get parts and diy, again probably it will get confiscated by Ho Sai Aa. That suxs......

Like many said, i will most probably start with the simplest, ego PV.
