where to get e cigarette in singapore?

hi all, i hope this question does not bug the old timers here. i suspect my shipment of spare batteries and a bit of juice may be in the hands of Customs..... do i or can i just ignore the customs? i only knew of foreign supplier before i knew about local suppliers availability...so i only order from overseas. or you can refer me to a thread that has this info...

If HSA get it u will recieve letter... just ignore the letter, 5 to 6 month later, they will give u a warning letter.. also just ignore it. does not matter one.. don scare.. haha.. you should try local supplier, pay more but fast..

I have emailing the foreign suppliers but none of them wants to send to Singapore, not even the malaysian suppliers. Does anyone here has the contacts to the local suppliers?
