Where to get Flue Cured T. concentratefor DIY? and dilution for Tobacco Absolute?

I am going to post this question in two forum rooms. I am looking sources for 2-4oz. quantities of Flue Cured tobacco concentrate (not ready use e-liquid). Can anyone anyone direct me?

I am also seeking the alcohol dilution % for pure tobacco absolute.

Can anyone help?

ecig express, high desert ecigs, one stopdiyshop. I don't think they carry larger than 30 ml on any flavor though. Do you know what brand you want? High desert ecigs I think he still has a ten or five percent coupon off on his thread. For the tobacco absolute dilution question you can use the search feature-- this has been brought up many times especially recently in the DIY forum.
