Where to post complaint about vape website

I have a complaint about an online vape company, but they are not on the list here. Is it OK to post about this on this forum? I won't mention name just yet, but I want to know if any other members got screwed over like I did.

While you can do either, I just link to a picture to reduce server HDD space usage, which may or may not be necessary. So while linking to an image may save a bit of space, 'net bandwidth that doesn't really need to be used up is, but I sleep better at night..
