I'm doing pretty well Fudgey. I'm wishing i could figure out how to manage to take my vacation time. In the meantime, I'm relaxing today and reading fiction. Sounds like you're getting ready to go ahead and plan one maybe?

Yeah, they don't exactly look like a nice juicy steak do they? Maybe someone should do some playing around with genetics and see if they can get them to look like a steak. I'm real sure it can be done!!

Hi My Special Princess Fudgey

I marinade and grill a mean Portabella. Tastes better than a steak, and more tender too. It was something I ran across in Sicily.... Fungi Grande they called it. Awesome. My kids prefer it to steak. Goes great with a brown rice pilaf and some grilled squash. Hmmm. Making myself hungry here.
