I know you do sweetie. Bruce doesn't like eating out much and I do so I decided to treat myself. And everyone was just fine without me. :)

Sometimes, its better alone. No interruptions. Eating in peace. Poor B, doesn't know what he's missing.

And, no. You were missed. :):):) I am glad you are here now!

With a good steak, you really just have to take your time. Nice and tender, a rib eye melts in your mouth, leading to a flood of deliciousness. Ahhhhhh. And then a cold beer and a nap, and well. Life is just good after a delectable feast like that. What can I say. :p

Such a pleasurable experience.:p

Good legs are hard to come by but rumps are plentiful.:p

Its all in the preparation and presentation. Braised and then simmered to perfection. All of the little things matter, and contribute to a delightful experience. A good chef takes his/her time. Prepares the plate well for the feast to come.

But of course. A good cook takes his time preparing the meal so it cooks to perfection No need to rush and ruin the final result. Take time with each part of the meal - then apply heat - voila!

I know I am missed, but I just meant that the thread had plenty to keep it going. I miss you guys too when you aren't here. So see?? Guess we all need to be here!

Nora they resorted to pictures of dancing cows and girly pictures. At one point Lis was ready to take his clothes off. It was shameful!!!

And just the right amount of heat. Too much and the meat will be overdone and dry. It needs to be mouthwatering!
